Copyright Policy
This policy explains who owns the words, photography, itineraries and designs across Triplolo's website and materials, how you may use them, and what to do if you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission.
Ownership of content.
Everything published on triplolo.com and in Triplolo's trip materials — including text, itineraries, layouts, illustrations, logos, icons, videos, and the site's design — is the property of Triplolo Travel Studio, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in the United Arab Emirates, India, and internationally, unless stated otherwise.
Content created by our team members, curators, and partner photographers on Triplolo's behalf is owned by Triplolo under the terms of their engagement, even where an individual's name or byline appears alongside it.
Permitted use.
You're welcome to view, print, and share individual pages of our website for personal, non-commercial use — for example, reading an itinerary you're planning to book, or forwarding a page to a travel companion.
- Do not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our itineraries, blog content, or photography on another website, app, brochure, or printed publication without written permission.
- Do not use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model without a separate written licence.
- Do not remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices from any material you are otherwise permitted to use.
- Do not use our content in a way that suggests endorsement of a third-party product or service without our consent.
Need permission for something? If you'd like to license a photograph, quote a longer passage, or reuse part of an itinerary for press, education, or another legitimate purpose, write to us — most reasonable requests are approved quickly.
Trademarks & branding.
"Triplolo," our compass-mark logo, and related names and taglines are trademarks of Triplolo Travel Studio. They may not be used in connection with any product, service, or promotion without our prior written consent, including in domain names, social handles, or advertising that could imply a partnership that doesn't exist.
Itineraries & trip documents.
Custom itineraries prepared by our Dubai and Nainital curators are created specifically for the traveller who commissioned them. Your itinerary is yours to use for your own trip — but it, and the research, contacts, and pricing behind it, may not be resold, forwarded to other travel agencies, or used as a template for a commercial tour product.
Photography & media.
Photographs and illustrations on our site are either created in-house, commissioned from partner photographers, or licensed for our use. Downloading and reposting our imagery — on social media, review sites, or elsewhere — without credit and permission is not allowed.
If you're a guest who joined a Triplolo trip and were photographed by our team, you're free to use those personal photos for your own non-commercial sharing; commercial use requires our consent.
User-submitted content.
If you send us a testimonial, review, trip photo, or story for possible use on our website or social channels, you retain ownership of it, but you grant Triplolo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length or clarity, and share that content across our marketing materials, with credit to you where practical. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence for anything you submit.
Third-party content & links.
Our site occasionally links to or references hotels, airlines, guides, and other third-party partners. Their logos, names, and content remain the property of their respective owners, and their inclusion doesn't transfer any rights to Triplolo or imply that they endorse us beyond an actual working relationship.
Reporting copyright infringement.
Triplolo respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same in return. If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@triplolo.com including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, and where it normally appears.
- The exact URL or location on triplolo.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your name, contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material found to be infringing.
Counter-notification.
If content you submitted was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@triplolo.com identifying the removed material, explaining why it was removed in error, and providing your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where Triplolo operates. We may reinstate the material if the original claimant does not pursue the matter further within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of triplolo.com after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
