Acceptance of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Triplolo ("Triplolo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of triplolo.com and all associated content, reviews, and tools (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
What Triplolo provides.
Triplolo is an independent travel media publication that reviews, rates, and compares travel agencies, tour operators, and travel apps. We publish editorial content, star ratings, comparison guides, and — where clearly labeled — sponsored placements and affiliate links.
Triplolo does not sell travel packages, process bookings, or act as a travel agent. We publish reviews about companies that do.
Who can use the Site.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. By using Triplolo, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Acceptable use of the Site.

Reviews, ratings, and content accuracy.
Our reviews and ratings reflect our editorial team's research and testing methodology at the time of publication (see our Editorial Policy for details). Travel companies' pricing, policies, and offerings can change without notice, and we cannot guarantee that every detail remains accurate after publication.
Content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a final word on any agency, operator, or app — always verify current terms directly with the company before booking.
Ownership of Site content.
All text, graphics, logos, ratings systems, and design elements on the Site are the property of Triplolo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may:
- View and read Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
- Share a link to a Triplolo page with proper attribution.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Feedback and correspondence you send us.
If you send us feedback, a correction request, or other correspondence, you grant Triplolo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to improve our reviews and respond to your inquiry. Do not send us confidential information you don't want us to be able to use for this purpose.
Third-party links and affiliate relationships.
The Site contains links to third-party travel agencies, operators, and apps. Some of these are affiliate links, meaning Triplolo may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you. Some listings are paid "Sponsored" or "Featured" placements, always clearly labeled.
Triplolo is not a party to any transaction between you and a third party and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of any third-party product or service.
Not professional advice.
Nothing on the Site constitutes travel, financial, legal, immigration, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for verifying visa requirements, travel insurance needs, health advisories, and any other condition relevant to your trip before booking or traveling.
Disclaimer of warranties.
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability.

Copyright complaints (DMCA).
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email support@triplolo.com with a description of the work, its location on the Site, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable copyright law.
Governing law & dispute resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Triplolo operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@triplolo.com before either party pursues formal proceedings.
Suspension and termination.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Triplolo, its readers, or its partners.
